Balcony of Distant Dreamby ~Pegahoul

A rather concept painting (quick for my standard that is...)

"The balcony overlooking the sea was often visited by many people. Lovers declare their promise, scholars vowed their dreams, priests swore their oath, artists and poets looking for inspiration from the beautiful sunset.

But people who swore their dreams also took their life here when they failed or heartbroken, jumping from the balcony to the sea below.

Even though the suicide rate is high, the place was still famous and considered romantic.

Hence, it named The Balcony of Distant Dream. Where dream started and end."

Photoshop, around 10 hours (I was aiming for 8). Overworking the clouds, as usual...

ok, im still not all that great but i noticed that some people only use a few colors like 5 or so and make pics like yours

Surprised that no one else has brought this up. So I'll go ahead and say that this looks like a perfect representation of the Hulle Granz Cathedral Chaos gate point, Minus one chaos gate of course.
